Job Overview
As a Supply Chain Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating daily shipments and managing shipping activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT support group and take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate daily shipments and manage shipping activities
2. Liaise with Freight Forwarders on shipping bookings, follow-up on complete set of shipping documents
3. Pre-advise complete set of Shipping Documentations to internal and external customers
4. Handle Shipment for all machines model, including crating and fork-lift arrangement and coordination
5. Handle all shipping activities and processing of shipping documents
6. Arrange fumigation of crate as required
7. Prepare shipping documents such as shipping invoice, credit note, packing list, delivery order, certificate of origin, etc
8. Prepare, packaging and send the spare parts require support for customer as per marketing department request

Requirements:
Familiarity with Syspro Business software will be an added advantage. Must be willing to learn and have a positive attitude. Ability to work independently.
