Embark on a journey to enhance the operational efficiency of our logistics team. As a key member, you will oversee the coordination and movement of information and product from origin to destination.

This role requires strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. You will partner with local procurement services, logistics providers, and Disney Cruise Line operating areas to ensure seamless coordination.

The position involves travel onboard the ship, maintaining records, auditing operations, and ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations. It is essential to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new systems for inventory management.

Job Summary

This role is a critical part of our logistics planning team, responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and information across various destinations. If you are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

The Senior Specialist, Hotel Port Operations, will oversee the logistics team and ensure that all transportation, consolidation, and logistics servicing operational ships run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provision scheduling, setup, and communication to internal and external clients
  • Quarterly performance reviews for all dedicated provision providers
  • Discovery and research of potential new port itineraries
  • Partner with Supply Chain Logistics, Trade Compliance, as well as external partners to ensure seamless coordination
  • Manage Couple Ordering Systems & Receipt for 3rd party vendors TWG & BCHA Coffee
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in the cruise line industry or BOH food and beverage operations. Operational excellence, adaptability, and proficiency in computer skills are also essential.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
