Senior Logistics Coordinator

This role is a pivotal part of the logistics planning team, responsible for coordinating and moving information and products from origin to destination.
The Senior Specialist, Hotel Port Operations will oversee the Disney Cruise Line Logistics team to support all transportation, consolidation, and logistics servicing operational ships.
This position involves partnering with local Walt Disney World Procurement Services, Crane Worldwide Logistics (Singapore) PTE Ltd, and all Disney Cruise Line operating areas to ensure seamless coordination.
About the RoleThe Senior Specialist, Hotel Port Operations will be responsible for:
- Providing scheduling, setup, and communication to internal and external clients
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews for dedicated provision providers
- Researching potential new port itineraries
- Partnering with Supply Chain Logistics, Trade Compliance, and external partners to ensure coordination
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Participating in cross-training initiatives for on-board hotel stores operations
- Assessing shipboard teams' knowledge and compliance with LOG and SMS policies and procedures
This role requires 3+ years of experience in the cruise line industry or BOH food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate should possess operational excellence, comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
