Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to optimize ad campaigns and maximize ROI across multiple platforms, including Google and Meta.
  • Plan and maintain a digital marketing calendar aligned with our marketing and communication calendar.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for future campaign planning and KPIs setting.
  • Proactively monitor competitors' campaigns and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Plan and execute digital content on our owned social media platforms.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc social media reports.
  • Manage performance campaigns to drive and support our e-commerce business.

Digital Innovation and Content Management:

  • Keep up with industry trends and ongoing innovation to explore opportunities on digital and social media platforms.
  • Develop digital action plans to capture consumers, tourists, and locals residing within SEA and AU markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of related experience in digital marketing or e-commerce in the retail industry.
  • Previous experience in luxury brands handling the diverse SEA & AU markets and e-commerce capability a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proven track record in driving performance campaigns for e-commerce.
  • Good team player with a positive outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project completion dedication.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, performance-driven, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
