Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing drinks and food, operating the point of sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They will also be required to follow health and safety procedures, as well as adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  2. Operate the point of sale system to process customer transactions.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and kitchen.
  4. Follow health and safety procedures, including proper food handling and disposal practices.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer service.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an asset.
  2. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards working with customers.
  4. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  5. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
