We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our member base, and building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting new members, retaining existing ones, and developing and executing sales plans to grow the membership base.


  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members through networking events and industry gatherings.
  • Conduct personalized tours of the club, showcasing amenities, offerings, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and work closely with the Lifestyle Producer team.
  • Assist in organizing exclusive events to attract potential members and gather feedback for process improvements.

Requirements:

Tertiary education is preferred, and relevant experience in the hospitality industry or private members clubs is essential.
