Assistant Manager, Distribution Compensation
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the distribution compensation process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Handle monthly account closing related to all distribution compensation, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Monitoring and Validation: Monitor, validate, and check all financing schemes, contests, and compensation payments to representatives and supervisors across all distribution channels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide progress reports on financing schemes, contests, and compensation payments to assist representatives and supervisors in monitoring their results.
- Initiative Implementation: Support the implementation of initiatives rolled out by distribution channels.
- E-Submission: Handle e-submission of annual earnings of tied agents to IRAS and ad hoc income statement requests.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing of new product launches and distribution channel initiatives to ensure correct compensation computation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the rollout of regulatory changes impacting distribution compensation.
- Team Leadership: Work independently and assist the Manager in coaching team members.
- Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
