This role involves leading the development, implementation and maintenance of effective software solutions that leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency and business competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement new technologies.

  • The successful candidate will lead the definition of architecture roadmaps, transition architectures and solution documents to drive consistency and adherence to IT principles and standards.
  • They will support enterprise-wide IT architecture model and champion its use for IT solution architecture and design activities, stakeholder communication, change impact analysis, IT application portfolio management and transformational planning.
  • The role also involves governing overall IT architecture, establishing architecture blueprints and driving consistency across multiple services.
  • The successful candidate will analyze, evaluate and develop architecture blueprints for systems ensuring that the overall end-to-end enterprise architecture supports the IT roadmap.
  • They will assess the feasibility of designs by solution architects, identify implementation risk and potential impact on the enterprise architecture and provide cost-effective alternatives that are scalable and compliant to the architecture blueprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and refine the implementation and delivery of the CDL architecture vision through the definition of architecture roadmaps, transition architectures and solution documents.
  2. Support enterprise-wide IT architecture model and champion its use for IT solution architecture and design activities, stakeholder communication, change impact analysis, IT application portfolio management and transformational planning.
  3. Govern overall IT architecture and establish the architecture blueprints.
  4. Drive consistency and adherence to the principles and standards that govern the overall IT architecture, including overseas IT architecture.
  5. Analyze, evaluate and develop the architecture blueprint for systems, ensuring that the overall end-to-end enterprise architecture supports the IT roadmap.
  6. Assess the feasibility of designs by solution architects, identifying implementation risk and potential impact on the enterprise architecture, and provide cost-effective alternatives that are scalable and compliant to the architecture blueprint.
