Job Title: Chief Transformation Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our organization's transformation strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our advisory, resource, and consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, law, or human resources, with at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles. They will be able to demonstrate success in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives and deliver holistic workplace and workforce transformation. You will also represent our organization in forums and industry dialogues, advocating employer perspectives on workplace and workforce transformation and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategies for our transformation initiative to deliver integrated advisory, resource, and consultancy services aligned with our mission.
  • Service Excellence: Track and augment the provision of advisory and consultancy services covering workplace and workforce transformation, employment law, HR best practices, ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Innovation & Digitalisation: Champion the design and implementation of digital platforms to improve efficiency, accessibility, and employer self-help.
  • Research & Knowledge Development: Collaborate with internal teams to generate insights, case studies, and HR playbooks to reinforce our thought leadership and support progressive employment practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate transformation initiatives and deliver holistic workplace and workforce transformation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Human Resource, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in consultancy, project management, or workplace/workforce transformation.
  • Employment Law: Basic working knowledge of Singapore's employment laws.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.
