Job Description
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in patient education and counseling sessions to promote awareness and understanding of orthopaedic conditions
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the operating theatre by assisting with preparations and procedures
- Collaborate with the administrative team to handle insurance claims, phone inquiries, and email communications
- Support the coordination of laboratory, radiology, and allied health services to enhance patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in nursing or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in orthopaedics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software
