**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform orthopaedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repair, arthroscopy, and corrective surgeries.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery.
- **Clinical Procedures**:

- Perform diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans to identify patient conditions.
- Administer injections, prescribe medications, and recommend therapies to manage pain and enhance mobility.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other medical professionals, including physiotherapists, nurses, and radiologists, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated on advancements in orthopaedic techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council.
- Full registration with SMC.
- Possess at least 3 years of past housemanship working experience as a medical officer/surgeon (or equivalent) in the relevant discipline.
- In active clinical practice.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player.
