**Job Description**:
Provide comprehensive patient care for patients with Orthopaedic conditions

Accompany the surgeon for ward rounds to admit, review and discharge inpatients.

Assist in the following duties in clinic:

- Schedule appointments for patients and send reminder messages
- Coordinate with imaging centers to make appointments for imaging scans
- Order and trace preoperative investigations
- Liaise with implant companies, operating theatre and anaesthetists in preparation for surgery
- Inform patients of preoperative procedures, admission date and time for surgery
- Instruct patients on post operative medications and wound care
- Conduct post-discharge phone call follow ups
- Assist the surgeon in doing dressing changes and removal of stitches in clinic
- Provide Financial Counselling to patients who need to go for surgeries and provide estimates of total fee and fee breakdown
- Raise pre-authorization and reply to queries from insurance companies
- Not required to scrub up to assist the surgeon in OT

**Requirements**:

- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board for Staff Nurse & Enrolled Nurse
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
