The Governance and Experience (GNE) team of Local Services at TikTok is dedicated to preserving trust and elevating the user experience. Our mission is to design and implement end-to-end programmes that foster a safe, trustworthy, and thriving international marketplace.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop data-driven strategies to provide a trustworthy TikTok Local Services ecosystem and exceptional customer experience and service standards.
  2. Analyse issues based on data and user feedback, formulate specific strategies and policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  3. Implement measures, policies, and strategies to enhance ecosystem health and customer experience.
  4. Ensure mechanisms, systems, processes, feedback loops, and tools to implement developed governance and user experience strategies and policies.
  5. Develop roadmaps and plans to enhance systems, capabilities, and tools.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in driving data-driven governance and experience programmes within O2O, Local Services, E-commerce, strategy consulting, operations management, seller risks, seller operations, or related governance & experience programmes.
  • Bachelor's degree and above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesise research and analysis, and present outcomes and recommendations in a legible and structured written format.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in utilising querying and analytical tools, and conducting data analysis.
  • Experience working in SEA markets is a plus.
