Job Description

The Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for formulating corporate-level funding policies and parameters to support skills development initiatives. This involves evaluating budget requests from program partners and overseeing the allocation and management of resources to achieve agency objectives.

  • Funding Policy Formulation: Develop and implement funding policies and parameters to support skills development initiatives.
  • Budget Evaluation and Management: Evaluate budget requests and oversee the allocation and management of resources.
  • Manpower Establishment Planning: Secure and optimize manpower resources to implement programs and operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams internally and externally. They should also have effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in establishment/manpower planning and management, as well as budget management.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals/teams internally and externally.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
