IFF is seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Singapore Innovation Centre as Strategic Planner.

How you will contribute

Innovation - Strategic Initiatives & Creative Platforms; Regional category governance (10%)
- Help to drive in collaboration with local/regional management the innovation agenda for Greater Asia
- Tracking the activity & progress

Reporting & business analysis (20%)
- Detailed Analysis & Tracking of project pipeline including inflow, outflow, win rate etc across Asia regions/sub-regions
- Analysis of resource allocation, recommend optimization and adjustment if needed

Project Inflow Governance (20%)
- Organize & lead the daily Morning Meeting which is about reviewing the new projects, support resource allocation and governance
- Connect with commercial & creative teams to clarify on projects, resource allocation and expectations.
- Coordinate between various creative centers on matters related to project inflow to ensure a smooth and fluid workflow

Scent Portfolio Mgmt (50%)
- Manage Scent Portfolio for Singapore region
- Ensure high quality inflow of themes and regular maintenance of fragrance portfolio creating a dynamic portfolio (best in - worst out)
- Work with a small team to manage library project in Go To Market
- Link Scent Portfolio Mgmt to digital portal to leverage fragrances with customer directly
- Regular smell & assess the portfolio to ensure high quality fragrances and olfactive spread as per market need

What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/ Finance or Perfumery related field
- 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, business analyst role or Scent Design roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular on Excel and PPT
- Advance olfactive knowledge and Scent Design/Evaluation background preferred
- Agility & Flexibility: Ability to work effectively with global teams in a multicultural & fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to analyze data, create insights and recommend actions based on findings
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to see the “bigger picture” and connect the dots to create alternative solutions at any given scenario
- Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills/ Team player
