Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our Wealth Management team in APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our private bankers and client advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client advisors in managing comprehensive and complex client books, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comply with all regulations, policies, and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with client advisors to support clients and prospects, providing tailored solutions and advice to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a private banker or relationship manager assistant, with a thorough understanding of WM processes and tools.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Mandarin, or any other Asian language, which would be advantageous in serving our clients.
  • Experience with structured lending documentation, covenants, and other legal terms would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
