Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion, working closely with senior executives and business owners to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to synchronize strategies with enterprise plans, interpreting long-term plans into short-term projects and initiatives.
  • Run projects to explore strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, divestitures, new market entry, and strategic alliances to support business growth.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and assessments prior to new market entry, presenting insights and implications to business owners and senior management.
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the IH Strategy and Business Development Team to make recommendations to Corporate Development.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers or workstream leaders to develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
  • Manage large cross-divisional or company-wide programs or processes, interpreting internal or external issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project or program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee multiple projects and the life cycle of programs, manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of strategic programs by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Focus on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines, recognized internally as a go-to person for complex Program Management assignments.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, build metrics to measure program success, and work with the CEO to adjust strategic initiatives to adapt to changing macro and internal environments.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate strategy effectively throughout the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Masters or bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or related subjects.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a strategy or program management role.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to connect the dots.
  • Broad exposure to different aspects of health insurance.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Solid analytical and strategic skills (financial, planning, operational).
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.
  • Strong talent for project coordination and delegation.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of optimizing productivity and nurturing program success from inception to completion.
