Senior Program Manager

In this key role, you will spearhead the planning and execution of outreach programs catering to seniors in their community. Your mission is to empower them with resources and services addressing their physical and emotional needs.


The program focuses on promoting health and wellness among seniors through regular check-ups and screenings. You will be responsible for developing annual calendars of social and health activities, ensuring they meet performance indicators set by the Ministry of Health (MOH).


You will play a pivotal role in establishing and motivating seniors to run mutual help groups. This involves recruiting volunteers, coordinating their training, and overseeing their work to ensure high-quality care for those in need.


Your responsibilities also include serving as the primary point of contact between our organization and its volunteers. Your task is to maintain relationships, provide guidance, and address any issues that may arise during program execution.
