Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement exhibition plans, including conceptualisation, budgeting, and logistics
- Work closely with curators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to arrange necessary materials and equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of exhibitions and projects, within scope and on budget
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote exhibitions and engage audiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. fine arts, art history, museum studies)
- At least 2 years' experience in exhibition planning or coordination
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with exhibition software and digital platforms
