Key Responsibilities:

- Support global new product development projects through the NPD Stage Gate Process.">
- Solid understanding of quality assurance and NPD processes.">
- Coordinate with design engineering to define measurement methodology for critical dimensions and specifications.">
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a solid understanding of requirements.">
- Lead qualification efforts, including components, materials, and vendors.">
- Prepare control plans, inspection documentation, and quality plans.">
- Facilitate PPAPs and customer approvals.">
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.">
- Supplier quality management - conduct supplier audits for NPD components.">
- Training and communication - train internal teams and suppliers on quality standards and inspection criteria.">

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering or science with at least 3 years of QA experience.">
- Strong knowledge of new product development stage gate process and NPD tools.">
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated success in applying lean or six sigma tools.">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
- Demonstrated ability working successfully in a cross-functional environment to achieve quality goals.">
