We're looking for a highly skilled Video Advertising Manager to join our team. As a Video Advertising Manager, you'll be responsible for researching industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors' best-performing ad creatives to refine SimplyGood's approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form 30-60s video ads (Instagram reels / Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reels,...) tailored for different platforms.
  • Create scroll-stopping short-form video content optimized for paid ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
  • Develop viral ad concepts using hooks, trends, and storytelling techniques that drive engagement & conversions.
  • A/B test different creative variations and iterate based on ad performance data.

Requirements:

You'll need 1-3 years of experience in paid ad content creation, performance marketing, or digital advertising. A strong understanding of paid ad creatives optimized for conversions is essential.
