We are seeking a skilled Chemical Industry Growth Manager to join our team at The Chemours Company. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

About the Role:

  • Manage key accounts globally or regionally, developing annual plans with account strategies and goals, mobilizing resources across functions to execute the plan and achieve results.
  • Lead and guide a team of account managers in commercial activities to achieve annual growth objectives in designated markets.
  • Negotiate new contracts or modify existing ones to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Pursue local contract customers and distributors to drive commercial growth and meet business objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new customers using a commercial approach.
  • Develop and manage sales contracts and distributor agreements/distributor KPIs in a disciplined manner.
  • Analyze market intelligence information and provide timely business insights to regional and global teams.
  • Responsible for monthly bottom-up demand forecasts as part of the S&OP process.
  • Evaluate and maintain local regulatory compliance to ensure ongoing business operations.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools such as SFDC, Sirion contract database, OMP demand forecast planning, etc.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the portfolio and improve profitability.
  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables to meet business cash goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B industries, preferably with knowledge of TiO2 or coatings/plastics sectors.
  • History of aggressively growing a portfolio profitably.
  • Ability to think strategically and act decisively, articulating customer needs into actionable plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ambitious team player with good command of oral and written English and Mandarin.
