Job Title: Advanced Telematics Data Operations and Low Voltage Systems Diagnostic Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers. This role involves ensuring system stability and reliability.

  • Telematics Big Data Server Management: Manage the daily operations of telematics big data servers to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • OTA Software Update Delivery: Execute and manage OTA software update deliveries, including planning, testing, and pushing updates to vehicles securely and efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support related to after-sales data, including remote diagnostics and data analysis to assist in resolving vehicle performance issues.
  • Localization and Implementation: Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local team to ensure the successful localization and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above: A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in automotive low-voltage systems, software/big data, or OTA system operations are preferred.
  • Cloud Services and Database Familiarity: Familiarity with common cloud services (e.g., AWS, Alibaba Cloud), databases, and distributed system management is necessary.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools such as Python and SQL for technical support and data processing.
  • CAN Analysis Tools: Proficient in using CAN analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe), with hands-on experience in vehicle data analysis and issue troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of telematics big data servers.
  2. Execute and manage OTA software update deliveries.
  3. Provide technical support related to after-sales data.
  4. Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local team.
  5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive low-voltage systems.
  • Software/big data or OTA system operations experience.
  • Familiarity with common cloud services and databases.
