Senior Low Voltage Electrical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Electrical Solutions Specialist to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical solutions for inverters and drives, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform site troubleshooting and low-voltage drive commissioning, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Organize in-house technical trainings for Sales and Marketing teams, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Conduct technical trainings and seminars at consultants' and end-users' premises, enhancing the customer's understanding of our products.
- Assist the sales team in regional distribution network expansion, driving business growth and development.
- Compose bills of materials based on tender specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide responsive customer support, understanding technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions to strengthen relationships.
- Conduct market studies and provide feedback to internal teams, informing strategic decisions and product development.
- Prepare technical manuals and articles, maintaining a technical database and supporting marketing efforts.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling low-voltage electrical products such as drives, motors, and PLCs.
- Knowledge and experience with VFDs.
