Product Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and leading product development from concept to commercialization. This includes identifying areas for improvement on existing products and processes, managing and delivering assigned projects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute trials and tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product leaders and project managers to develop new product concepts
  • Assist in the innovation of existing products by identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage and deliver projects related to product development and process improvement
  • Conduct trial runs and commercial trials to test new products and processes
  • Work with specialists to ensure compliance with food regulations and standards
  • Develop proficient knowledge of food technology and process engineering principles
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in food science or a related field, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
