To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering. Additionally, you must have theoretical training and 2+ years of experience specifically in eVTOL aircraft design principles. It is essential to be extremely familiar with the eVTOL market and technical and non-technical attributes of other eVTOL aircrafts in the world. You should also be willing to travel for extended periods and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary, as well as hands-on research experience, including planning, building, programming, repairing, and flight testing. Preferably, you should be a Singapore citizen due to the requirement to work with Singapore government agencies and travel internationally to flight test centers that have nationality restrictions.
