**Description**:

- At Changi Airport, the efficient management of aircraft pavement is crucial to our seamless airport operations. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Research & Development team within the Aircraft Pavement section. This team is dedicated to driving innovation and enhancing our aircraft pavement maintenance, asset management, and work processes.
- You will play a key role in advancing our pavement systems through various research and development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include improving existing pavement materials and repair methods, managing pavement inspection systems (such as the Laser Crack Measurement System and Heavy Weight Deflectometer), and maintaining and expanding our pavement database. You will also be engaged in performance analysis of aircraft pavements based on related data. This role involves planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing project execution while ensuring mínimal disruption to airport operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage projects, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct performance analysis of aircraft pavements using relevant data.
- Operate and maintain pavement inspection systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus or interest in pavement engineering.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent, motivated problem solver with excellent critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
