Role Summary
We are looking for a proficient and driven Ethics and Compliance Specialist (Training and Communications) to enhance our team. This position is crucial for the creation and implementation of compliance training initiatives and communication strategies throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development:
    • Design, develop, and execute compliance training programs that effectively engage and educate employees.
    • Create e-learning modules, workshops, and various training materials tailored to diverse audiences and regional regulatory standards.
    • Regularly update training content to align with evolving regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Communication Strategy:
    • Formulate and implement communication strategies to ensure the clear, consistent, and timely dissemination of compliance information.
    • Draft and distribute compliance-related communications, including content for internal platforms, policy reminders, and updates.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Internal Communication and HR, to customize messaging for various regions and business units.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee multiple compliance training and communication projects concurrently, ensuring timely and effective execution.
    • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training programs and communication initiatives, making necessary adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders, including Internal Communication and HR, to support the rollout of compliance training and communication.
    • Provide assistance and guidance to stakeholders on compliance-related inquiries and training needs.
    • Participate in meetings and working groups to represent the compliance training and communication function.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance training, instructional design, or corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training programs and communication strategies with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders and public speaking.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and analyze data to resolve issues.
  • Project management skills with the capacity to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
