Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Junior HR Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including administering the Talent Acquisition Form, sourcing and interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, onboarding and offboarding employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling employee relations matters, providing advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitating staff engagement sessions
  • Performing other HR-related duties as assigned

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also work closely with various agencies to enhance our branding and recruitment channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require someone with a min. Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or related disciplines, and at least 1-2 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering.
