DESIGNATION : Senior Specialist, Recruitment & HR (12mths contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist specializing in talent acquisition to join our HR department.
This role will be supporting the recruitment needs for our expansion project; engage stakeholders to understand the job requirements, develop the job description, post jobs, source, shortlist, select, job offer and onboard the new employee.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with stakeholders and potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Post jobs in job boards.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessment and in-person interviews.
- Prepare new hire onboarding and coordinate new hire orientation and logistics.
- Regular Hiring Reviews, intake meeting and debrief alignment.
- Establish strong collaborative partnership with the stakeholders as the single point of contact in providing consistent support on strategic talent decisions and feedback resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Engineering / HR or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment function.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing with deep understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of job boards.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Effective communicator, influencing senior leaders and stakeholders, leveraging data and insights, and relationships.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and peers.
- Knowledge in HR Policies.
- Knowledge of Employment Acts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Proactive working attitude.
- Ability to initiate without being asked.
- Challenging spirit to improve current conditions.
- Highly effective personal skills - communication and organization.
- Engagement skills.
- Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries is advantageous.
