Customer Experience Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring it meets the highest standards of excellence.
  • Manage regional market performance of Customer Experience KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support adoption of initiatives such as customer journey onboarding, service standards training, and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel programs that retain and upgrade existing customers and attract new strategic customer groups.
  • Review customer insights and develop analyses to identify opportunities for organization-wide improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury automotive, premium hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills, with an aptitude for technology and systems.
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
