Job Title:

A Brand Growth Strategist is required to lead and develop brand management strategies that drive consumer awareness, engagement and market share.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to evaluate the performance of each campaign and propose improvements where necessary.
  • Analyse marketing trends and data to identify consumer needs, industry trends and commercial opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Manage annual/monthly budgeting plans for each brand and oversee their implementation.
  • Establish and improve marketing management systems, business processes and operating standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
  • Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
  • Develop pricing and distribution strategies.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Experience in F&B marketing is desirable. Leadership and project management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in marketing tools and software. The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally is also crucial.
