
Institutional Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead client onboarding and relationship management efforts.
About the Role:
- Lead the institutional client onboarding process from initial engagement through to successful integration, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion of tasks.
- Enhance the overall client onboarding experience by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, IT, and Product.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new clients, fostering open communication and collaboration throughout the process.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and monitor action plans for updates or improvements, leveraging data analytics and industry insights to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- Perform thorough name screening and wallet screening to identify and mitigate risks associated with client accounts, adhering to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulations.
- Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) to/from clients, providing clear, accurate, and timely information to support their success on our platform.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address queries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
- Act as the first line of defense in AML/CFT processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, and monitoring transactions and client activities to detect and report suspicious behavior.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and facilitating their success on the platform, while cultivating relationships to boost exchange volumes and contribute to business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt to regulatory changes, gathering and analyzing client feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development, and supporting business team with data analytics, reporting, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
