  • Configure, implement, and optimize assigned Workday modules from start to finish.
  • Partner with HR process owners to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Define module-specific configuration, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to design, execute, and validate module-specific test scripts.
  • Drive user adoption through training, workshops, and clear documentation.
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, resolution, and knowledge management.
