Job Title: Senior Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of our technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical problems, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of support services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address technical issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
