Internal Audit Professional Opportunity

Are you an experienced auditor looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Assistant Manager, Regional Internal Audit professional to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal control processes.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead audit assignments and ensure they are completed professionally, adhering to our annual Internal Audit plan and budgeted timeframes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with colleagues and senior management.

  • Lead audit assignments and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for improving risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • Prepare audit working papers and reports.
  • Monitor auditees' follow-up actions and confirm necessary changes are implemented.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit/internal control/accounting.
  • Japanese language proficiency required for effective communication.
  • Ability to travel for overseas business trips when required.
