We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our preschool as Principal / Vice Principal ADECL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives
  • Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters
  • Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation
  • Set the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent management
  • Manage relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis
  • Implement centre programs, initiatives and events
  • Handle centre administrative matters and enrolment
  • Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations
  • Prepare budget and control budget expenditures
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of curriculum planning and implementation
  • Experience in preschool management and leadership
