Machine Technician Role

Our company seeks a skilled technician to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our kopi machines. This key position requires attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and service kopi machines at client sites.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and technical support as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of servicing, repairs, and used parts.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams during deployments.

Requirements:

  • ITE or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in equipment servicing, vending machines, coffee machines, or related appliances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for supplier/client interactions.
  • A valid driving license or motorbike license is preferred but not mandatory.
