Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing, servicing, and repairing vending machines at client sites.
  • Performing regular maintenance to guarantee optimal machine performance.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues efficiently.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for spare parts and technical support as needed.
  • Keeping accurate records of servicing, repairs, and parts used.
  • Supporting the sales team with technical input during deployments.
  • Providing guidance to clients on basic machine care and use.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years' experience in equipment servicing, vending machines, or related appliances.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
  • Good communication skills.
