Machine Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Expert to join our team.
About the Role:
Our company specializes in providing top-quality vending machines that deliver authentic Singapore kopi. We need a dedicated professional to ensure our machines run smoothly and efficiently across Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair our standing and tabletop machines at client sites.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines are always in top condition.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and technical support when needed.
- Keep clear records of servicing, repairs, and parts used.
- Support the sales and operations teams with technical input during deployments.
- Provide friendly guidance to clients on basic machine care and use.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 2+ years' experience in equipment servicing, vending machines, coffee machines, or related appliances.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
- Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin a plus for supplier/client interactions).
- Possess a valid driving license or motorbike license (preferred, but not mandatory).
