
Executive Director of Grant Management

This role involves overseeing the grant lifecycle – from eligibility checks to application support and claims submission. Key responsibilities include guiding companies through the grant process, sharing best practices, and advocating for inclusive workplace practices.
Organising employer engagement events, coordinating logistics, and overseeing vendor relationships are also essential tasks. Additionally, you will evaluate applications, verify documentation, and certify claims in line with audit standards.
Team leadership skills are also crucial, as you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers, assist with workload allocation, and ensure team KPIs are achieved.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in grant processing, programme administration, or employer advisory.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with grant or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver meticulous, detail-oriented work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face).
