Grant Management Executive

This role is responsible for overseeing the grant lifecycle – from eligibility checks to application support and claims submission.

The key responsibilities include guiding companies through the grant process, sharing best practices, and advocating for inclusive workplace practices.

Ongoing employer engagement events, coordinating logistics, and vendor relationships are also essential tasks. Additionally, you will evaluate applications, verify documentation, and certify claims in line with audit standards.

As a team leader, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers, assist with workload allocation, and ensure team KPIs are achieved.

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, HR, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in grant processing, programme administration, or employer advisory is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with grant or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver meticulous, detail-oriented work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face) are essential.

You will develop valuable skills such as administration, public administration, vendor coordination, mentorship, advocacy, team leadership, application support, and communication skills.
