Job Title

Responsibilities as Culinary Leader:

Responsibilities as Hiring Lead:
  • Champion the hiring of mature workers (aged 55+) and implement flexible work arrangements to support their needs.
  • Work closely with government agencies to access grants and employment schemes that benefit mature workers.
  • Lead onboarding and career planning for new hires, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their tenure.
