We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Leader to spearhead our finance team's operations. This critical role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, delivering accurate financial insights, and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts for clients and the organization
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with SFRS guidelines
  • Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaison with regulatory bodies to maintain seamless compliance
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely audit completion and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard organizational assets
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and interns to foster professional growth and development
  • Provide expert financial analysis and budgeting support to senior management, informing strategic decisions
  • Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CPA/CA Singapore preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership position
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage multiple client portfolios effectively
