Enforcement Officer Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with parking regulations in a designated area. The Enforcement Officer will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, issuing summons for parking infringements, and attending to car park service recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine car park patrols and vehicle checks.
  • Attend to illegal parking cases and issue summonses accordingly.
  • Participate in car park service recovery activities.
  • Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • A valid 2B license is required for this role.
  • The successful candidate must be physically fit and alert at all times.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity is essential.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and fairly is necessary.
  • Willingsness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays is required.
