Parking Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpark Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily carpark operations, including traffic flow, cleanliness, signage, lighting, and maintenance. They will also manage parking revenue streams, implement inspection regimes for operational standards and safety, and oversee the operation, maintenance, and renewal of carpark systems.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Oversee daily carpark operations, including traffic flow, cleanliness, signage, lighting, and maintenance.
- Manage parking revenue streams, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Implement and maintain inspection regimes for operational standards and safety.
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and renewal of carpark systems.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational and financial reports.
- Review parking charges and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Respond to customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Improve and implement work processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Administer vendor contracts for maintenance and services.
