Job Title:

Park Operations Executive


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Park Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the park, including queue and crowd management, and ensuring park cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform shift responsibilities and ensure delivery of excellent guest experience
  • Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required
  • Ensure safe work practices are carried out
  • Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park-related and guest experience matters
  • Assist in staff management, including manpower planning/deployment and training
  • Assist in wildlife management efforts

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in leadership and project management
  • Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent team player who can also work independently
