Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall workflow and performance of the accounting team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent, and/or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with a proven track record of success in accounting management.
  • Lead a team of 6-7 Accounts Executive and Senior Account Executive, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be from an outsourcing firm, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
