Transformative Process Improvement Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving process automation and data analytics initiatives within Life Operations. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business IT, computer science, or a related field, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or PMP/Prince 2 being a plus. A minimum of five years' experience in life insurance operations, with proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC), process automation solutions, and data analytics, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Active participation in delivering and implementing process automation projects and data analytics initiatives to streamline operations processes.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to map and review end-to-end processes, applying Lean/Kaizen methodology for efficient process improvements.
- Development of thorough user requirements that align with current and anticipated business needs, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Evaluation of alternative high-level solutions with the IT team, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Liaison between technology and business teams to facilitate system development and implementation.
- Diploma or degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or PMP/Prince 2.
- Minimum five years' experience in life insurance operations, with expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), process automation solutions, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for business process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
