This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the development of consumer brand strategies impacting the daily lives of millions. The position entails assuming primary liaison responsibilities between agencies and clients, driving client satisfaction through seamless communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of account management experience in a fast-paced creative agency environment. A strong grasp of social media space, online media jargon, and technology is essential. Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are highly valued.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will facilitate communication between agencies, clients, and partner agencies, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality creative work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, is required.
- Responsible for day-to-day client contact and collaboration with Planning, Media, and Creative departments to develop strategic marketing plans.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinates with project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Leads cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
